NYC Trade Association chose Event Photography NYC to cover Industry Expo at Javits Center, NYC. We worked the room end to end — the main program, the candids, and the details — built around what the team needed the next morning.

Two shooters covered the event: one on stage and speaker coverage, the second on candids and guest moments across the floor. Press-ready selects were prioritized for same-week release, with the full edited gallery delivered in four business days.
