What kinds of corporate events do you cover?+
We cover the full range of corporate event categories — conferences and keynotes, galas and fundraisers, trade shows, corporate parties, workshops and training, award ceremonies, brand activations, and event videography.
Do you offer both photography and videography?+
Yes. We can cover an event with photography alone, videography alone, or both. When booked together, we bring a dedicated photographer and a dedicated videographer so neither discipline gets shortchanged. Photo and video are quoted separately.
How much does corporate event photography cost in NYC?+
Photography starts at $300/hr (two-hour minimum, so $600 for the shortest bookings), with half-day and full-day rates of $1,100 and $2,000. Larger productions scale beyond that and are quoted by scope. Event videography is quoted by project.
How far in advance should I book?+
For confirmed dates, four to eight weeks ahead is ideal — especially during peak NYC event seasons (September through November and March through May). Last-minute bookings are sometimes accommodated; check availability for your date.
How quickly will I get the photos or video?+
Standard photography delivery is 3 to 5 business days. Same-day editing and rush delivery are available as add-ons. Video turnaround depends on the deliverable — a short recap reel typically takes 1 to 2 weeks, full conference edits 2 to 4 weeks.
Do you cover events outside Manhattan?+
Yes. We cover events across all five boroughs of New York City and Long Island, with no additional travel charge for standard NYC-area coverage. We also handle select Tri-State and destination events.
Do I own the photos and video?+
Yes. Every client receives full usage rights for marketing, PR, internal communications, recruiting, social media, paid media, and editorial use. The only ask is photographer credit if images go to press outlets, which is standard.
